Discover how prices are calculated
The price of the ride is calculated using a fixed method applied in all the cities where our service is available. The fare takes into account the distance and time of the ride as well as the type of vehicle selected.
Sedan Rates
The price for a sedan trip is calculated as follows: €1.5 * number of kilometers + €0.3 * number of minutes. The distance and duration are calculated by Google’s algorithms, which prioritize the fastest possible route.
Price of Minivan
The price for the van trip is calculated as follows: €2 * number of kilometers + €0.5 * number of minutes. The distance and duration are determined by Google’s algorithms, which prioritize the fastest route.
Regulated Rates
Capped rates
The minimum fare for a taxi ride is set at $8 for all taxis, regardless of whether they are from Paris.
The fare for a taxi ride includes three components:
- $4.48 for the initial pickup charge, subject to a maximum
- $1.30 per kilometer traveled, subject to a maximum
- $42.15 for the hourly rate if the customer waits or if there are issues during the ride
Note
The price may be rounded up to the nearest cent.
Adjustments and additions
The fare per kilometer traveled is adjusted under the following circumstances:
- Night ride (up to a maximum of 50%)
- Ride requiring an empty return (without passengers) or serving a peripheral or area outside the parking permit zone (up to a maximum of 100%)
- Ride on snowy or icy roads (up to a maximum of 50%) when specific equipment or snow tires are used
- Ride during peak hours
The surcharges related to night rides and rides on snowy or icy roads are not cumulative.
No additional charge, nor surcharge may be required from the passenger in the following situations:
- Pickup at a train station, port, or airport
- Wheelchair for a person with a disability
Note
The driver reserves the right to apply a discount on the displayed fare for the ride.

Aéroport et grand port maritime
Pour un transport vers l’aéroport Pôle Caraïbes (dans les deux sens) et le Grand Port maritime de la Guadeloupe (dans les deux sens), un supplément de 4 € est applicable par passager à partir de cinq personnes.
Informations importantes
Il est formellement interdit de facturer un supplément pour le fauteuil roulant d’un passager en situation de handicap.
Pointe-Ã -Pitre
Pour une course à la gare maritime de Bergevin (dans les 2 sens), un supplément de 4 € s’applique par passager à partir de 5.
Airport deals
Airport packages apply in Paris, Nice, Antibes, Cannes, and Toulouse.
Airport, cruise terminal, and port packages apply in Guadeloupe.
